1 Create your account
Creating an account is free and takes about a minute.
- Open Create account.
- Enter your first name, email and a password (at least 8 characters with letters and numbers). Tap the eye to see what you typed.
- Adding your mobile number is optional — the country code is filled in for you. With it you can also log in using your mobile number.
- Tick that you agree to the Privacy Policy and Data Policy, then tap Continue.
- We email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to verify your email — your account is created and you are logged in.
Tip: you may also see buttons like Sign up with Google or Microsoft. They create your account in one tap, without a new password.
2 Log in
Open Log in and choose any way that is shown:
- Email + password.
- Mobile number + password — tap Mobile number, pick your country code and type your number.
- Mobile number + SMS code — tap Log in with an SMS code instead; we text a 6-digit code to the mobile number on your account.
- Continue with Google, Microsoft, Apple, Facebook, LinkedIn or GitHub — one tap with an account you already have. If the provider does not confirm your email, we email you a code once to confirm it.
The options you see may differ, depending on what is available at the moment.
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and set a new password with the 6-digit code we send. For your safety, this signs you out on your other devices.
3 Your dashboard
After logging in you land on your Dashboard. It shows at a glance:
- how many cards you have (and how many you can make),
- how often your cards were viewed and saved as a contact,
- your QR codes and how often they were scanned,
- the newest leads — people who sent you their details,
- Your last 3 logins with the approximate place and your local time. If you don’t recognise a login, change your password straight away.
Use the menu on the left (☰ on a phone) to open My cards, QR codes, Leads, My profile and this guide.
4 Create your business card
Go to My cards → + New card. The live preview next to the form shows your card as you type.
What you can add
- Basics — the name on the card, job title, company and a short “About” text.
- Photos — a profile photo and a cover image (JPG, PNG or WebP; they are resized for you).
- Contact — phone, WhatsApp, email, website, address and a map link. Each becomes a one-tap button.
- Social profiles — LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, Telegram, GitHub and Behance.
- Buttons & links — up to 12 extra buttons, e.g. Portfolio, Brochure PDF or Book a meeting.
- Design — choose a template (Classic, Modern or Minimal) and your theme colour.
- Card address — the end of your link, e.g.
/c/anita-kulkarni. - Contact form — let visitors send you their details (see Leads).
- Status — Active cards can be seen by anyone with the link; Inactive cards are hidden.
Tap Save. You can edit the card at any time — the link and QR code stay the same.
Three templates — your colours
6 QR codes
Open QR codes → + New QR code, choose a type, fill it in and save. Tap Download to get the image.
Types
- Link — any web address
- Business card — one of your cards
- Text — a short message
- Email — opens a new email to you
- Phone — calls your number
- SMS — starts a text message
- WhatsApp — opens a chat with you
- Wi-Fi — joins your network without typing the password
Dynamic or static?
Dynamic codes (for links and cards) point to a short link. You can change where they go later without reprinting, and you see how many times they were scanned. Static codes hold the content directly and never change.
Choose the colour and background. Keep good contrast — dark code on a light background scans best. Set a code to Inactive to stop it working.
7 Leads
When the contact form is on, visitors can tap Share your details on your card and send you their name, email or phone and a message. They appear in Leads and on your dashboard.
- Search leads, or see the leads of one card.
- Export CSV to open them in Excel or Google Sheets, or import them into your CRM.
- Delete a lead when you no longer need it.
Leads are yours. We never use or share them — please treat people’s details with care too.
8 Profile & security
Open My profile to manage your account.
- Personal details — name, mobile number (used to log in) and company. Change your photo with Change photo.
- Sign-in email — to change it, enter the new address; we send a code to it. Your email changes only after you enter the code, and we let your old address know.
- Password — change it with your current password. If you joined with Google or another provider, you can set a password here to also log in with email or mobile.
- Connected accounts — connect or disconnect Google, Microsoft and the other sign-in options.
- Never share a 6-digit code. Our staff will never ask you for it.
- Use a password you don’t use on other sites.
- Check Your last 3 logins on the dashboard now and then.
- Log out on shared computers (menu → Log out).
9 Your data & privacy
- We use your data only to run the service for you. We never sell it, share it with advertisers or use it for any commercial purpose.
- Download my data (My profile) gives you everything stored in your account as a file.
- Delete my account (My profile) — we email you a 6-digit code to confirm it is you. Your account, cards, QR codes, leads and images are then permanently deleted, and your card links stop working.
- Read the full Privacy Policy and Data Policy. Each has a change history; when a policy changes, you see a notice in your account.
10 Questions & answers
I didn’t get the 6-digit code.
Check your spam or promotions folder and wait a minute. You can ask for a new code after 60 seconds. A code works for 10 minutes and for 5 tries; after that, ask for a new one. SMS codes can take a little longer on some networks.
My card link says “Card not found”.
Make sure the card is Active (My cards → Edit → Status) and that the link is spelled exactly as shown in My cards.
Can I change my card’s link?
Yes — edit the card and change the Card address. Remember that the old link and any printed QR code of the card page will stop working. Use a dynamic QR code of type Business card if you want the printed code to keep working.
Do the people I share my card with need an app?
No. The card opens in any browser, and Save contact works on iPhone and Android.
How many cards can I make?
Your dashboard shows it, e.g. 2 / 5. If you need more, contact support.
I joined with Google. How do I log in with a password?
Open My profile → Set a password. You can then log in with your email or mobile number and that password too.
Why does the login page show different options sometimes?
Login options can be switched on or off for the website and the mobile app. Use any option that is shown.
Is the Wi-Fi password safe in a QR code?
Anyone who scans the code can join your network, so only show it where you would also tell people the password.
